No food preparation (cooking)

or cleaning utilities (dish washing).

Each set of paid Rented hours

equals 1 Event and 

must include

your setup/decorate,

breakdown/cleanup

(and lock/drop key.)

Please allow time to 

setup before your Event.

 

A non-refundable Deposit

is required to hold your Date.

(Option to reschedule/apply Deposit

to another available Date.)

*Refundable Security Deposit

on all Rentals due with balance,

refunded after your Event

when the Venue has been verified

clean and undamaged.

Sept-Oct-Nov Deposits must be paid

no later than 3 weeks before

scheduled Event Date.

Balance must be paid

1 week before Event Date.

December Deposits must be paid

no later than 4 weeks before

scheduled Event Date.

When Gather "accepts" your Date,

you will be Emailed

an Invoice for Payment.

You are responsible for

making the payment from 

the emailed Invoice 

with your CC.

Gather will send no more

than 3 reminders for payment.

After that time, event date

will be released.
